My work extended beyond feature delivery into incident triage and root-cause debugging involving messaging, persistence, authentication, app state, and enterprise connectivity.
Impact
Work on the platform included reducing load time by 4+ seconds, supporting proactive-chat capabilities associated with ~20% higher engagement, and backend/conversational improvements contributing to ~12% year-over-year chat CSAT improvement.
